We regret to announce that

the CYC 2009 will NOT take place

 The Optinam 2008 was a great success. It has been a wonderful experience for all parties involved (participants, sponsors, volunteers etc.) On the other hand  the event demanded an extreme amount of energy from all of the volunteers. Our sponsors, on whom we also rely for the CYC have invested their maximum into OPTINAM.

The enormous positive influence the Optinam has had on youth sailing in Curacao, has opened up many opportunities. A thorough evaluation is now necessary in order to decide on which way to move forward.

We would have loved to have you all here again,  or for the first time, so we truly regret having to make this decision, which was made in the interest of Youth Sailing on Curacao.
